Credit Card on File Policy when booking appointment

To secure your appointment, we kindly require a credit card on file at the time of booking.

Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation, change and no-show policy.
24 hours Notice Cancellation or Appointment Change Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service.

All gift cards, and pre-paid services/packages already purchased are non-refundable and will be converted into service credit under your account.

All the therapies/ services provided at our spa are non-refundable once they have been completed. We are committed to delivering high-quality treatments and ensuring client satisfaction.

If you have any concerns about your service, or any special request for the techinician, please speak with a member of our team before we start your service, and we’ll do our best to address them. Thank you for your understanding.
Why This Matters
Your scheduled time is reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect not only our techinicans, but also clients who may have wanted that time slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide exceptional service for everyone.
